## Android Native Changes

### General

- Bumped Kotlin to 1.8.22 for all modules

### Bluetooth

- Generated consistent `log_id` for Roche CoaguChek devices (peripheral ID 51)
- Added support for A&D UP-200BLE Pulse Oximeter (peripheral ID 53)
- Improved pairing dialog handling when reading from the Nonin Pulse Ox (peripheral ID 13)

### Samsung Health

- Removed unnecessary `health` foreground service type from merged `AndroidManifest.xml`
