## Android Native Libraries Released

- Android Full Library v1.16.3
- Android Aggregator Library v1.16.3
- Android LifeScan OneTouch Library v1.16.3

## Android Native Changes

**General**

- Bumped Gradle to 8.2.0
- Updated all singletons that require an Application context to have a `getInstance(Context)` method and deprecate all `getInstance()` methods

**Shared**

- Removed `Other` Peripheral Type
- Added `INR Meter` Peripheral Type

**Bluetooth**

- Changed the Roche CoaguChek Vantus INR Meter (peripheral ID 51) peripheral type to `INR Meter`
- The SDK will now report and submit all readings in descending order by timestamp
