- Add International Normalised Ratio as a supported metric in the `Biometrics` class

**Bluetooth**

- Add support for A&D UA-651BLES-V Blood Pressure Monitor (ID 50)
- Add support for the Roche CoaguChek Vantus (ID 51)
- Add support for the Zewa 11115 (ID 52)

**LifeScan**

- Fix chance that the foreground service would be stopped before calling `startForeground`

- Add `deviceIdentifier` to `PeripheralReadResult` and background events emitted by the sdk
