Android (build 1113) & iOS (version 2.0.3)

- Users will now have access to a user profile!
  - This new feature will be the new landing platform for many future additions
    - In the first iteration, the user profile will display basic, read-only, user information
      - User first name & last name
      - Phone number (If available)
      - Email address
      - Consolidated list of programs and associated measurement types
