- Make `activityId`s deterministic for records from Pyle BP Cuffs.

- Generate deterministic activityIDs for records from peripheral IDs 2, 3, 24, 34, 42, 47.
- Fix deterministic activityID generation for records from peripheral IDs 14, 31, 45, 2000, 3000, 4000, and 5000.
- Fix originalSource (manufacturer name) and sourcePeripheral (model number) fields for records from peripheral IDs 14, 31, 45, 2000, 3000, 4000, and 5000.
- Make sure connect and read timeouts fire even if created on a background thread (fix for React Native issue).
