**New Features**

- Sign up code adjustment
  - Removed sign up code from the main registration screen to reduce confusion for users.  Sign up code is now accessible by selecting the sign up code link.
- Improved error messaging
  - Added offline error messaging and other error messaging improvements
- Miscellaneous enhancements
  - Improved the overall HealthBridge user experience by adding in messaging for when an enrollment has been started by a provider but has not been completed.
