### New Integration: Lose It! 

Validic is excited to announce we are expanding the Validic Marketplace with the addition of Lose It! 

Lose It! is a calorie counter & food diary diet app that helps users stick to their diet and achieve weight loss that fits! Founded in 2008 out of a need to make counting calories simpler, Lose It! was created with the goal of helping members reach a healthy weight by providing them with the tools they need for success.

As one of the first apps in the app store and an early pioneer of calorie counting, Lose It! has spent the last decade helping more than 40 million members lose more than 90 million pounds.

Lose It! offers two plans to help members make educated decisions through simple calorie tracking.

Validic currently supports nutrition and body weight tracking via Lose It! [You can find more details on our support site](https://help.validic.com/space/VCS/2010087433/Lose+It!+%5BInform%5D).

### Integration Update: Google Fit 

- Google has announced a required update to the Fit APIs. Details can be found [here](https://developers.google.com/fit/improvements).
- If you are using a Validic Mobile SDK integration to Google Fit, there are updates you will need to make before Google’s enforcement date of **27 April 2021**.
  - Validic will release a new Mobile SDK at the end of February which will include support for Fit SDK 20.0.0. You must update your app to use this SDK version.
  - You must update your app to Fit SDK version 20.0.0
  - You must resubmit your app for Google’s OAuth verification process, [detailed here](https://developers.google.com/fit/improvements#strengthening_the_review_system_for_apps_using_google_fit).

More details will be provided as we learn more from Google about this update.
