Validic is pleased to announce we are expanding the Validic Marketplace with the addition of fitness and wellness tracking from Google Health API. The Google Health API integration with the Fitbit app. All Fitbits and Google Pixel watches supported by the Fitbit app work with the Google Health API integration.

### **Workout Types and Category Mapping**

**Note:** Google Health API has significantly fewer exercise types (13) compared to the Fitbit API (100+). Many specific Fitbit activities (Tennis, Golf, Rowing, Elliptical, etc.) are collapsed into `OTHER` or `WORKOUT` in the Google Health API and are mapped to the `other` Validic category.
