The link below provides information on the expected time for new readings to display in the Impact dashboards after the member has connected a data source. Information is also provided on the expected time for historical data, or previously source synced readings, to display in the Impact dashboards, after the member has completed program enrollment.*

*Historical data fetch is configurable by organization. If the member has historical readings that have been synced to the source, Validic can display those historical readings in the Impact dashboards. The following options are available for fetch and backfill of historical readings (if available from the source):

- Zero (no backfill)
- 1 month
- 6 months
- 1 year

Notifications are not triggered on historical readings. Please contact [implementation@validic.com](mailto:implementation@validic.com) if you would like to update your configuration.
