***Do you have a way of forcing device sites to always enter a username/password before syncing?***

Unfortunately, we don't have a way to force users to login first into an application website before syncing particularly in your described situation. The behavior is purely handled by the browser which manages the cookies specific application sets and tampering that would have legal implications. Our best recommendation is to inform users to always check the account or email displayed on the App Authorization when they are syncing to a an app, or even further, either check first by going to the application's login website if someone is already logged in on the site or using a private/incognito browser window when syncing.
